I'll be fair here: we came in about ten minutes before close, so I know the timing wasn't great. We needed fifteen keys cut, and they've got the machine that runs them in batches, so it wasn't fifteen jobs by hand, it's a few minutes of work. They turned us away anyway. I understand not wanting to start something big at closing time, but we'd gladly have waited or come back to pick them up later. Walked out feeling like fifteen keys was more trouble than a customer was worth. The rest of the store is genuinely good, which is the only reason this isn't lower.
